Delivery Information

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees and times vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • The final shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.

  • If you make changes to your delivery address or delivery time after placing your order, additional charges may apply.

  • Delivery estimates are based on front-door delivery.

  • PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers using courier services. In such cases, your order will be sent via Australia Post and additional charges may apply.

Dispatch Times

  • Most in-stock items are dispatched within 24–72 business hours. (Unless specified on our website)

  • Some items (e.g. made-to-order) may take longer to dispatch.

  • If your order is delayed for any reason, we’ll notify you by email.

  • You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on the way.

Risk & Liability

  • Responsibility for your order passes to you once delivery begins.

  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has taken place.

Delivery Methods & Locations

  • We work with a variety of delivery partners to service all areas across Australia.

  • In some cases, your delivery may be passed to a third-party provider for regional or remote delivery.

  • Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout or as updated through our Customer Care team.

  • For high-value or bulky items, we may offer alternate delivery services (subject to availability and location). Additional charges apply — please contact our Customer Care team to check if this is available for your order.

Missed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to receive the order, a card may be left with pickup instructions or a re-delivery may be arranged with the courier.

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations we consider high-risk or inaccessible via standard courier service.

  • If you prefer, you may arrange your own courier, but we are not responsible for loss or damage once the product leaves our facility.

Important Notes

  • Free Delivery only applies to products clearly marked as such. If a product does not include free shipping, standard shipping charges will apply.

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

  • Due to ongoing issues, shipping to Parcel Lockers is no longer available.

Delivery Errors & Failures

  • Please double-check your delivery address and contact details at checkout. Incorrect details can result in delivery failures and additional charges.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll charge you the cost of re-delivery.

  • If your order remains undeliverable after 2 attempts or 21 days (whichever comes first), we may cancel your order and refund the purchase price minus delivery and handling fees.


? Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Faulty Items

Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally arrive damaged. If this happens:

  1. Notify us within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Provide clear digital photos showing the damage.

  3. Our Customer Care team will advise on the next steps.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Replace the item (subject to availability)

  • Offer a partial or full refund

  • Cover the cost of return shipping if needed

How to Request a Return

  • Submit a return request via our Contact Us page, including your name and order number.

  • If approved, we will arrange the return on your behalf. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition — unused and undamaged, ideally in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 48 hours.

  • Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the item was not purchased from us, or returned without approval, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept in-person returns to our office or warehouse.

  • Unapproved returns sent to our warehouse may incur a handling and re-stocking fee.
